Plastique Extrait de Parfum

There's a lot of controversy about the use of Generative AI. In the world of perfumery, where traditions rest on top of other traditions, artificial intelligence can be seen as a cheat. Like any tool though, AI can give a perfumer a nudge in a direction they may not have gone.  

At the heart of this perfume is an accord developed by perfumer Nicolas Olczyk and shared with the perfume community on Fragrance Drama. By chatting with Bard (now Gemini by Google), Olczyk crafted a carrot seed-heavy accord blurring the lines between natural and artificial.   

Notes: Citrusy and green, carrot seed is quite unique. It forms the spine of this perfume. White florals compute with bits of ginger, labdanum, and incense to provide fresh heart notes. The binary elements of honeyed styrax outputs the base into a deep floral array. 

Style: The natural in an artificial world.
