la Un.e: Labdanum, warm woody amber, ambergris. Style: Sensual. Present. Seductive.

Bois d'Agar 01: Radiant oud, agarwood, tonka bean, silky vanilla. Style: Stoic and sure of yourself.

Mordant: Vibrant ginger, coconut milk/vanilla accord, tropical caramel, mango, ambrette seeds. Style: Warm and delicious.

Obscur: Wild jasmine sambac, animalic musk, pineapple flowers with a touch of karmawood. Style: Fearless and sophisticated.

Surréel: Like breathing air for the first time. A light touch of elemi, lemony citrus, spice with base notes of clean musk and a soupcon of balsam wood. Style: Invigorating and inviting.

    Great set of samples

    So happy I got these samples. Surreel was a favourite for me, truly like smelling something fresh outdoors, clean without being detergent-like. 1e is a close runner-up with its understated molecular notes. I didn’t expect to enjoy Fleur de Nuit since florals can be too heady for me, but this scent was pretty, not too sharp or overwhelming. I wish I got more vanilla or sweetness from Bonjour Madame, but it would be great for someone seeking a drier, woody oud scent. For such a small discovery set, it turned out to be a great collection of samples.

    Shipping across the country was

    Shipping across the country was fast, everything was packed securely, and the perfumes are lovely, though at the moment I'm loving Fleur de nuit more than Surréel. I'm so happy I took a chance at blind buying the perfumes, and I'm also glad to support an independent house of perfume! I will definitely be checking out more of the perfumes.

    You couldn’t ask for a more personable online company than Les Vides Anges! Questions are quickly answered, special request are accommodated, and delivery is so quick. Will be shopping here more often for my fragrance needs bc of its customer service and LVA’s wonderful nose! All my purchases have been done by reading their wonderful descriptions, scent combinations, and and customer reviews.

    The definition of niche perfume

    I look for more than just uniqueness when I search for a perfume. I like my scents to be adventurous (even if I'm not). Les Vides Anges fills a spot in my drawer next to CDG and Byredo.
