We've partnered with Shopify Planet to make all our shipments carbon neutral. We ship mainly by ground mail via UPS and Canada Post, with tracking info — unless you choose Small Packet International Air or Tracked Packet if shipping to the UK. See below for the list of countries we now ship to. Please sign up for our email newsletter if your country is not listed. We are making every effort to provide our award-winning perfumes worldwide.

Packages usually arrive within 7-14 working days, depending on the local mail service. Delays may increase due to staffing shortages in international shipping.

All customers must submit a telephone number at checkout. Parfums Les Vides Anges is not liable for any customs and import duties that may be imposed on international customers. International customers who refuse delivery will not be refunded for shipping costs or the order value, and the goods will be disposed of by the carrier. 

 

Order Processing

We usually process orders within 3 to 4 days of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation by email. All shipping notifications will include a tracking number unless you choose Small Packet International Air or Tracked Packet Air if shipping to Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan. 

Order changes — including cancellations — can sometimes be accommodated, but only within 24 hours of an order being placed.

 

Shipping Discounts

Below is a list of shipping discounts per country or region. These rates are updated regularly. 

Canada: Flat rate shipping ranges between $12 and $18. Free shipping for all orders over $120
United States: rates typically range from $10 to $16. All purchases now must include duty costs, in accordance with the most current US Customs protocols. Shipping is free for carts over $120.
United Kingdom: £15 fixed standard shipping for all orders over £120
