The freshness of air dried linens. No soapiness, just a fresh burst of citrus made smooth by elemi (quite possibly my favorite note in perfumery). Uplifting but not loud, this is my feel good fragrance.

Giving it time...

If I could, I'd actually give it 3.5 stars, right now. I find the scent is very muted, with not much of a progression over the day. In fact, it's quite easy to forget I'm wearing the perfume. As well, the scent isn't what I expected. It's hard to describe; it's not quite a green perfume, not quite fresh, not quite warm. However, I did round up my number of stars because if it evolves over the next little while the way Fleur de nuit did, then I'm curious and excited for what Surreel becomes!
